"Growing up in the ever-changing city of Greenville created an interest in design for me from a young age. Greenville is a beautiful city full of history and eclectic design. Greenville's design is unique in that every person can find architecture and design in a style that they love. I am thrilled to be a designer in this growing community."
Caroline Sanders is a Design Architect for Designed For Downtown LLC. She is a graduate of Bob Jones University with a BFA in Interior Architecture and Design and began work with Designed for Downtown shortly after graduation.
Caroline has a deep love for residential design, and has experience in space planning, kitchen and bath design and material selections for interior design. She strongly believes in being a life-long learner and plans to continue to learn more about design and bettering the community around her.”
Tim Freitag
“Greenville is famously green because of its trees and landscapes. I love being able to contribute to that by designing outdoor spaces and landscapes that complement the various architectural style and diverse client needs.”
Tim Freitag is the Landscape Designer for Designed for Downtown, LLC. Tim is a graduate of Clemson University, where he received a B.L.A. for Landscape Architecture.
Tim grew up in the Greenville Area, and began working for Designed for Downtown, LLC in 2019. He has experience in project management, landscape planning, outdoor kitchens, pools, exterior structures and planting design.”
